Well the good thing is using DigitalOcean has a image for creating a ghost/nginx/ubuntu - so if you're using DO, then you can do what I did and just create a droplet with that image and be up and running super quick.
With that said, I wanted to list what the configs are incase anybody wants to use them. Most of these are default settings, so feel free to adjust as needed.
